Owner and chef Craig Catena brings more than 20 years in professional kitchens and over a decade of film-catering experience. A Red Seal Chef and Teamsters Local 155 member, Craig understands that great catering is equal parts food, timing and trust.
From 40-person location days to large-scale cast and crew service, every menu is planned to keep people well fed and the day moving.
Vancouver Island experience
Craig brings previous catering experience on Vancouver Island, along with established local vendor relationships and contacts. That experience helps inform planning for Island productions and location days.
